The Order Denying Motion for Reconsideration, filed on September 5, 2008, is hereby corrected as follows:

1.     At page 2, in line 2, after the word "Supreme Court" the words "is denied" should be added, so that as corrected the line will read as follows: ". . . Supreme Court is denied without prejudice to Appellant . . . ."

The clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing change in the original Order.
