Defendant-Appellant
David C. Young (Appellant), the papers in support, and the records and

herein, it appears that in his declaration, Appellant states: (1) he
understands
he has a right to appeal; (2) he discussed the matter with his attorney
and he
wants to dismiss his appeal; (3) he understands that once the appeal is
dismissed
the conviction is final and he will not be able to challenge any trial
issue on
appeal; and (4) the dismissal is voluntary.
Therefore, IT IS
HEREBY ORDERED that the Motion to Dismiss Appeal is granted, and
this appeal is dismissed.
