ORDER OF CORRECTION
(By: Nakamura, J., for the court ⁽¹⁾)

The Summary Disposition Order of the court, filed on December 31, 2008, is hereby corrected as follows:

    1.     On page 3, in the second to the last line of the first full paragraph, the word "spend" should be replaced with the word "spent" so that as corrected, the text reads as follows: "time the twins spent with the volunteers . . . ."

    2.     On page 5, in the seventh line from the bottom of the page, the parenthetical phrase "(emphasis added)" should be placed at the end of the Model Penal Code citation so that as corrected, the text reads as follows: "Model Penal Code
§ 223.1(3)(b) (1980) (emphasis added)."

    3.     On page 5, in the fifth line from the bottom of the page, the hyphens in the hyphenated word "claim-of-right" should be omitted and replaced with a space so that as corrected, the text reads as follows: "because of a claim of right to welfare benefits."

The clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing changes in the original opinion and take all necessary steps to notify the publishing agencies of these changes.
