ORDER OF CORRECTION
(By: Nakamura, J., for the court (1))

The Memorandum Opinion, filed on March 31, 2009, is hereby corrected as follows:

    1.     On page 1, in line 7 of the Memorandum Opinion, a comma should be inserted between "2002" and "that" so that as corrected, the text reads: "on November 15, 2002, that arose out . . . ."

    2.     On page 2, in line 8 of the second paragraph in Section A., a comma should be inserted between the words "inconclusive" and "and" so that as corrected, the text reads: "theft was inconclusive, and the State . . . ."

    3.     On page 3, in line 8, the commas after "psychiatrist" and "Guerrero" should be deleted so that as corrected, the text reads: "to psychiatrist Dr. Celina Guerrero for psychotherapy."

    4.     On page 8, in lines 4 and 5 of the first full paragraph on that page, a close quotation mark should be inserted between "disorder[,]" and "Anama" in line 4 and a close quotation mark should be inserted at the end of the sentence in line 5.

    5.     On page 9, in line 7 of the first full paragraph, a comma should be inserted between the words "cause" and "and" so
that as corrected, the text reads: "just and proper cause, and thus her . . . ."

    6.     On page 10, in line 11, the word "diseases" should be corrected to read "disease".

    7.     On page 11, in line 4, a comma should be inserted after "Ph.D." and before the designation for footnote 4 and the word "failed" should be replaced with the word "failing" so that as corrected, the text reads: "psychologist Dana Zichittella, Ph.D.,4/ and 2) failing to consider . . . ."

    8.     On page 12, in the attorney credits, the designation "Claimant-Appellee" should be corrected to read "Claimant-Appellant."

The clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing changes in the original opinion and take all necessary steps to notify the publishing agencies of these changes.
