ORDER OF CORRECTION

In the above-entitled appeal, the Memorandum Opinion of the court entered on November 25, 2009, is hereby corrected as follows: the Plaintiff-Appellant's name in first line in the opening paragraph on page 1 should be Son-Gi Han so as corrected the beginning of the sentence should read, "Plaintiff-Appellant Son-Gi Han (Han), pro se . . . ." In the attorney credit section on page 21, Defendants-Appellees' attorney James R. Ferguson's name is misspelled. As corrected, Defendants-Appellees' attorneys should read

David M. Louie,
James R. Ferguson, and
Jennifer B. Lyons,

for Defendants-Appellees

The clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing change in the original Memorandum Opinion.
