IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Summary Disposition Order filed on May 20, 2009 is hereby corrected as follows:

On page 1 in the caption, "CIRCUIT COURT" shall be replaced by "FAMILY COURT" so that the line reads as follows:

The Clerk of the Court is directed to make the aforementioned correction to the original Summary Disposition Order and take all necessary steps to notify the publishing agencies of this correction.
