In the above-entitled appeal, the Summary Disposition Order of the court entered on June 22, 2009, is hereby amended as follows:

On page 8, the last paragraph should read, "Therefore, it is hereby ordered that the December 13, 2006 Judgment of Conviction dated nunc pro tunc to November 24, 2006 entered by the Family Court of the Third Circuit is affirmed."

The Clerk of the Court is directed to incorporate the foregoing changes in the original Summary Disposition Order.
