ORDER OF CORRECTION
(By: Nakamura, J., for the court ⁽¹⁾)

The Memorandum Opinion of the court, filed on November 30, 2009, is hereby corrected as follows:

    1.     On page 1, in the caption, the words "CIRCUIT COURT" should be corrected to "FAMILY COURT" so that as corrected, the text reads as follows: "APPEAL FROM THE FAMILY COURT OF THE FIRST CIRCUIT".

    2.     On page 1, in the caption, the designation "FC-" should be added before the word "CRIMINAL" so that as corrected, the text reads as follows: "(FC-CRIMINAL NO. 06-1-2332)".

    3.     On page 2, in line 20, the word "therefor" should be replaced with "therefore" so that as corrected, the text reads as follows: "... and was therefore prevented from participating in...."

The clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing changes in the original opinion and take all necessary steps to notify the publishing agencies of these changes.
