IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the memorandum opinion filed on December 31, 2008 is hereby corrected as follows:

(1) On page 5, in line 9 from the top of the page, the word "had" shall be added after the word "having" so that the line reads as follows:

having had the truck for so long and just wanted to get it fixed and

The Clerk of the Court is directed to make the aforementioned correction to the original opinion and take all necessary steps to notify the publishing agencies of this correction.
