ORDER OF CORRECTION

The Summary Disposition Order, filed on June 26, 2009, is hereby corrected as follows:

    1.     On page 4, in footnote 4, the acronym "GSG" should be corrected to read "CSG" so that as corrected, the text reads: ". . . the CSG Worksheet . . . ."

    2.     On page 5, in third line from the end of block-quoted text (the seventh line of Paragraph No. 4 of the Conclusions of Law), the word "stating" should be corrected to read "starting" so that as corrected, the text reads "shall pay 40 percent starting with the 2007 school year . . . ."

    3.     On page 5, in the second to the last line of the page, the word "circumstances" should be corrected to read "circumstance" so that as corrected, the text reads: "circumstance warranting departure . . . ."

The clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing changes in the original opinion and take all necessary steps to notify the publishing agencies of these changes.
