The Summary Disposition Order, filed on April, 27, 2009, is hereby corrected as follows:

On page 1, in line 7 of the second paragraph, the word "of" should be corrected to read "on" so that as corrected, the text reads: "imprisonment on the third-degree counts

. . . ."

The clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing change in the original opinion and take all necessary steps to notify the publishing agencies of this change.
