ORDER OF AMENDMENT

In the above-entitled appeal, the Summary Disposition Order of the court entered on June 26, 2009, is hereby amended as follows:

On page 1, first paragraph, third line down, and on page 4, last paragraph, second and third line down, the court should be "Circuit Court of the First Circuit" not "Circuit Court of the Third Circuit."

The Clerk of the Court is directed to incorporate the foregoing changes in the original Summary Disposition Order.
