ORDER AMENDING SUMMARY DISPOSITION ORDER
(By: Watanabe, Acting Chief Judge, Nakamura, and Fujise, JJ.)

The Summary Disposition Order, filed on August 31, 2009, is hereby amended as follows:

    1.     The reference to ", JR." in the caption and the reference to "Jr., (hereinafter "D.H.")" in first and second lines of the second paragraph on page 1 are deleted, so that as amended, the caption shall read "IN THE INTEREST OF D.H." and the affected portion of the text in the first and second lines of the second paragraph on page 1 shall read ". . . is the father of D.H., who was born in 1994."

    2.     Page 8 of the original Summary Disposition Order is hereby deleted. In its place, page 8, attached to this Order, shall be substituted.

We further order that these amendments to the original Summary Disposition Order shall be made nunc pro tunc as of the date and time of the filing of the original Summary Disposition Order, so that the deleted references on page 1 and the originally-filed page 8 have no validity or effect.

The Clerk of the Court is directed to 1) make the amendments to page 1 and substitute the replacement page 8 in the original Summary Disposition Order and 2) take all necessary steps to notify the publishing agencies of these changes and to have them make these changes.
