ORDER OF CORRECTION
(By: Nakamura, J., for the court ⁽¹⁾)

The Summary Disposition Order, filed on July 29, 2009, is hereby corrected as follows:

    1.     On page 2, in the second line of the continued footnote 2, the word "the" should be replaced with the word "such" so that as corrected, the text reads: ". . . whether such dog is licensed or not . . . ."

    2.     On page 3, in the last line of the page, the word "lose" should be replaced with "loose" so that as corrected, the text reads: "'Hoku Boy' had gotten loose when its leather collar . . . ."

The clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing changes in the original opinion and take all necessary steps to notify the publishing agencies of these changes.
