ORDER OF CORRECTION

The Summary Disposition Order, filed on July 29, 2009, is hereby corrected as follows:

    1.     On page 4, in the third line of paragraph no. 1 under Section II., the word "of" should be inserted between the words "review" and "the" so that as corrected, the text reads: ". . . for a review of the performance. . . ."

    2.     On page 5, in the second line from the top of the page, the words "November 2000" should be inserted before the words "Ex Parte Orders" so that as corrected, the text reads: "substantive merits of the November 2000 Ex Parte Orders."

The clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing changes in the original opinion and take all necessary steps to notify the publishing agencies of these changes.
