IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Summary Disposition Order filed on August 26, 2009 is hereby corrected as follows:

On page 1, in line 5 of the first paragraph, "First Circuit" shall be replaced by "Second Circuit" so that the line reads as follows:

2008 in the Circuit Court of the Second Circuit (circuit court).¹

On page 4, in line 4 of the last paragraph, "First Circuit" shall be replaced by "Second Circuit" so that the line reads as follows:

Court of the Second Circuit is affirmed.

The Clerk of the Court is directed to make the aforementioned corrections to the original order and take all necessary steps to notify the publishing agencies of the corrections.
