ORDER OF CORRECTION

The Summary Disposition Order, filed on July 24, 2009, is hereby corrected as follows:

    1.     On page 3, in the eleventh line from the top of the page, the word "to" should to be inserted between the words "intent" and "deprive" so that as corrected, the text reads:

". . . Luong acted with the intent to deprive the CW . . . ."

The clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing change in the original opinion and take all necessary steps to notify the publishing agencies of this change.
