In the above-entitled appeal, the Summary Disposition Order of the court entered on November 10, 2009, is hereby corrected as follows: in the caption on page 1, the division of the District Court of the First Circuit should be corrected from "HONOLULU DIVISION" to "KANEOHE DIVISION"

The clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing change in the original Summary Disposition Order.
