Upon review of the summary disposition order filed on February 25, 2005, it appears the party designation in the caption of the Summary Disposition Order is incorrect. The caption should read that the State of Hawai`i is the Plaintiff-Appellant and Jadd S. Matsuda is the Defendant-Appellee. Therefore,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the clerk of the court shall incorporate the foregoing changes in the original summary disposition order.
