APPELLANTS' MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION
(By: Moon, C.J., Levinson, Nakayama, Acoba, and Duffy, JJ.)

The motion for reconsideration (motion) filed by Defendants-Appellants Ponciano Millora Mores and Patricia Rosete Mores (Appellants) on May 2, 2005, and the supplement to their motion filed on May 2, 2005, requesting that this court review its opinion filed on April 22, 2005, affirming (1) the October 11, 2001 order granting a writ of possession in favor of Plaintiff-Appellee Aames Funding Corporation and (2) the October 24, 2001 order denying the motion to dismiss filed by the Appellants on October 3, 2001, is hereby granted in part and denied in part.

Appellants' motion is granted in part as reflected in the order of amendment filed concurrently with this order granting in part and denying in part the Moreses' motion for reconsideration.

In all other respects, Appellants' motion is denied.
