ORDER OF REINSTATEMENT
(By Moon, C.J., Levinson, Nakayama, Acoba, and Duffy, JJ.)

Upon consideration of (1) the September 17, 2002 Affidavit of Respondent Jon Curtis Yoshimura (Respondent Yoshimura) pursuant to Rule 16(d) of the Rules of the Supreme Court of the State of Hawai`i (RSCH), (2) Respondent Yoshimura's March 29, 2005 petition for reinstatement to the practice of law, (3) the May 10, 2005 order denying without prejudice Respondent Yoshimura's March 29, 2005 petition for reinstatement to the practice of law, (4) Respondent Yoshimura's July 6, 2005 supplemental affidavit in support of Respondent Yoshimura's petition for reinstatement, and (5) the record, it appears that Respondent Yoshimura has substantially complied with the requirements of RSCH Rule 2.16(d) and RSCH Rule 2.17(b). Therefore,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Respondent Jon Curtis Yoshimura (attorney number 6101) is reinstated to the practice of law in the State of Hawai`i and may resume the practice of law upon payment of all required registration fees. See RSCH Rule 17. This order is effective upon entry.
