Page 13, last paragraph, line 2: the date to read: "January 17, 2003;" and

Page 1 of the dissenting opinion, lines 2 and 4: the date to read "January 17, 2003."

The Clerk of the Court is directed to incorporate the foregoing changes in the original opinion.
