Upon review of the Summary Disposition Order filed in this case on July 7, 2005, it appears that there is an error in the footnote numbering after footnote 2. Therefore,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that footnote no. 5 on page 4 of the Summary Disposition Order shall be renumbered as footnote no. 3, and all subsequent footnotes shall be renumbered accordingly. The clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing changes on the original order.
