Defendant-Appellant's motion for reconsideration filed on July 18, 2005, requesting that this court review its July 7, 2005 Summary Disposition Order affirming the third circuit court's January 21, 2003 amended final judgment nunc pro tunc as of October 18, 2002 in favor of Plaintiff-Appellee Norwest Mortgage, Inc., is hereby denied.
