IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the reference to "CR. NO. 01-1-1520" in the caption of the August 9, 2005 order is corrected to "CR. NO. 01-1-0390." The Clerk of the Court is directed to make the foregoing correction on the original August 9, 2005 order and take all necessary steps to notify the publishing agencies of the correction.
