Upon consideration of (1) Respondent Ronald G. S. Au's (Respondent Au) July 1, 2005 "Motion to Stay and Extend Execution of the June 7, 2005 Decision and Order," (2) Petitioner Office of Disciplinary Counsel's lack of opposition thereto, and (3) the record,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Respondent Au's July 1, 2005 motion is granted. The effective date of Respondent Au's five-year suspension from the practice of law pursuant to the June 7, 2005 order of suspension is hereby extended fifteen days until July 22, 2005.
