Upon consideration of Respondent Ronald G. S. Au's (Respondent Au) June 22, 2005 "Motion for Reconsideration of the June 7, 2005 Decision and Order" pursuant to Rule 40 of the Hawai`i Rules of Appellate Procedure, and the record,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Respondent Au's June 22, 2005 motion for reconsideration is denied. This order does not delay the effective date of Respondent Au's suspension pursuant to the June 7, 2005 order of suspension and Rule 2.16(c) of the Rules of the Supreme Court of the State of Hawai`i.
