ORDER OF REINSTATEMENT

Upon consideration of Respondent Alex M. Sonson's petition for reinstatement to the practice of law and the record and files in this case, it appears that Respondent Sonson has complied with requirements of Rule 2.17(b) of the Rules of the Supreme Court of the State of Hawai`i. Therefore,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Respondent Alex M. Sonson is reinstated to the practice of law in the State of Hawai`i and may resume the practice of law upon payment of all required registration fees. See Rule 17 of the Rules of the Supreme Court of the State of Hawai`i. This order is effective upon entry.
