Upon review of the Opinion filed in this case on July 29, 2005, it appears that there is an error in the filing date of Freitas v. Admin. Dir. of the Courts, No. 25323 (Freitas II). Therefore,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the filing date of Freitas II, reflected on the second line from the top of page 2 of the opinion, is corrected from July 22, 2005 to July 25, 2005.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing change in the original opinion and take all necessary steps to notify the publishing agencies of this change.
