Upon review of the Opinion of the Court filed herein on November 25, 2005, it appears that there is an error in the date of the judgment on page 36 of the said opinion. Therefore,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the date of the judgment reflected on page 36 of the opinion shall be corrected from August 17, 2004 to November 4, 2004.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing change in the original opinion and take all necessary steps to notify the publishing agencies of these changes.
