ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO DISMISS
APPEALS OF LARRY SEVISON AND PATSY SEVISON
(By: Moon, C.J., Levinson, Nakayama, Acoba, and Duffy, JJ.)

Upon consideration of the motion to dismiss the appeals of Larry Sevison and Patsy Sevison, the papers in support, and the records and files herein, it appears that Plaintiff-Appellee Association of Beachhouse Owners of Kiahuna Plantation and Defendants-Appellants Larry Sevison and Patsy Sevison have reached a settlement agreement that includes an agreement to dismiss the appeals filed by Larry and Patsy Sevison with the parties to bear their own appellate costs and fees. Therefore,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeals of Larry Sevison and Patsy Sevison is granted, and the appeals filed by Larry Sevison and Patsy Sevison are dismissed. The parties shall bear their own appellate costs and fees. Dismissal of the Sevison appeals does not relate to the appeals filed by Defendants-Appellants Richard Hamlish, Lois Hamlish, and Thomas Hennig, and those appeals remain pending.
