The opinion of the court, filed on September 9, 2005, is hereby corrected as to the following:

Page 14, line 4: The sentencing beginning with "Prior to" is to be the beginning of a new paragraph; and

Page 15, first paragraph, line 3 which reads "apply to mandatory minimums, I believe that the circuit court in": "I" is to be deleted and "we" is to be inserted.

The Clerk of the Court is directed to incorporate the foregoing changes in the original opinion.
