Upon consideration of the petition for a writ of prohibition filed by Petitioner Christopher R. Williams and the papers in support, it appears that Petitioner fails to demonstrate he is entitled to issuance of a writ of prohibition. Therefore,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the petition for a writ of prohibition is denied without prejudice to any remedy Petitioner may have by way of appeal from any adverse judgment.
