Upon consideration of the "Writ of Habeas C." submitted by petitioner Robin M. S. Lee, which was filed as a petition for writ of habeas corpus, it appears that petitioner did not pay or seek waiver of the filing fee for the petition and the petition fails to show that petitioner is entitled to issuance of a writ of habeas corpus. Therefore,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the petition for writ of habeas corpus is denied.
