vs.
Upon consideration of the petition for a writ of prohibition or writ of mandamus filed by Petitioners Swift Securities Limited, Associated Holdings Limited, National Commodities Limited, Walker Securities Limited, Asia Pacific Holdings Limited, and Energy Supply International, Limited, the papers in support, and the records and files herein, it appears: (1) Petitioners are petitioning the court to review orders and rulings issued by the respondent judge in Yau v. Yau, FC-D. No. 05-1-2047, presently pending in the Family Court of the First Circuit; and (2) Petitioners fail to demonstrate that they are entitled to a writ of prohibition or writ of mandamus. Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the petition for a writ of prohibition or writ of mandamus is denied without prejudice to Petitioners seeking relief in the pending family court proceeding and without prejudice to any remedy Petitioners may have by way of appeal.
