ORDER OF CORRECTION

The order of suspension of the court, filed on January 20, 2006, is hereby corrected as to the following:

Page 1, line 11: The sentence which begins with "We" on line 11 should read: "We specifically adopt the hearing committee's conclusions that Respondent Hicks violated Rules 3.4(e) and 8.4(a) when representing himself."

The Clerk of the Court is directed to incorporate the foregoing changes in the original orderx.
