It appearing that the reference to the civil number in the case caption of the opinion, filed February 23, 2006, in the above-captioned matter was incorrectly identified as "CIV. NO. 00-1-3685,"

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the civil number be corrected to read "CIV. NO. 00-1-3785." The Clerk of the Court is directed to incorporate the foregoing change in the original opinion and take all necessary steps to notify the publishing agencies of the change.
