Upon consideration of petitioner's second application for writ of certiorari and the record, it appears that: (1) on February 13, 2004, the Intermediate Court of Appeals (ICA) filed a summary disposition order in the above-entitled matter; (2) on March 22, 2004, the Supreme Court denied petitioner's application for writ of certiorari; and (3) on March 29, 2004, the Notice and Judgment on Appeal was filed. Therefore,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that petitioner's second application for writ of certiorari filed on September 11, 2006 by Petitioner Jane Liu is dismissed.
