ORDER OF CORRECTION

It appears that Deputy Prosecutor Marvin Rampey is listed as the attorney for plaintiff-appellee State of Hawai`i on the briefs; however, the credits should reflect Deputy Prosecutor Loren Thomas as the attorney on the brief. Therefore, the summary disposition order filed on March 21, 2006 is hereby corrected by inserting the name of Loren Thomas and deleting the name of Marvin Rampey.

The Clerk of the Court is directed to incorporate the foregoing changes in the original summary disposition order.
