It appearing that this court's memorandum opinion, filed April 7, 2006, made reference to the incorrect filing date of the Intermediate Court of Appeals' memorandum opinion,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the reference to "February 7, 2005" in the first sentence of this court's opinion is corrected to read "February 7, 2006."

The Clerk of the Court is directed to incorporate the foregoing changes in the original opinion and take all necessary steps to notify the publishing agencies of these changes.
