Upon review of the Opinion of the Court filed in this case on December 19, 2005, it appears that the name of the judge who presided over this case in the district court of the first circuit is misspelled. Therefore,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the name of the judge in footnote no. 1 on page 1 of the opinion is corrected from David C. Low to David C. Lo.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing change in the original opinion and take all necessary steps to notify the publishing agencies of this change.
