It appearing that the summary disposition order filed in the above captioned matter on October 16, 2006 was inadvertently time-stamped as "9:13 PM," when, in fact, it was filed at "9:13 AM,"

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court is directed to strike out the letters "PM" and handwrite the letters "AM" on the original summary disposition order on file in appeal No. 27384 and take all necessary steps to notify the parties and publishing agencies of the aforementioned correction.
