Upon consideration of the petition for a writ of mandamus filed by petitioners Richard Scheffer and Jacqueline Scheffer and the papers in support, it appears that the Intermediate Court of Appeals does not have jurisdiction in No. 27768. Therefore,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the petition for a writ of mandamus is dismissed.
