It appears that Criminal No. 04-1-0844 is incorrectly listed on the caption of the order rejecting applications for writ of certiorari filed on February 1, 2007. Therefore, the order rejecting applications for writ of certiorari February 1, 2007 is hereby corrected by deleting Cr. No. 04-1-0844.

The Clerk of the Court is directed to incorporate the foregoing change in the original order rejecting applications for writ of certiorari.
