It appears that the opinion of the court, filed August 6, 2007, contains two footnotes numbered "22" at pages 52 and 57, therefore,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that (a) the footnote numbered "22" on page 57 is corrected to read footnote number "23"; and (b) the footnote numbered "23" on page 60 is corrected to read footnote number "24." The Clerk of the Court is directed to make the aforementioned corrections to the original opinion.
