The opinion of the court, filed August 6, 2007, contains an incorrect
trial court case number in the caption, therefore,
IT IS HEREBY
ORDERED that reference to the civil case number in the caption of the
opinion should be corrected from
"CIV. NO. 04-1-0272" to "CIV. NO. 04-1-0124." The Clerk of the Court is
directed to make the aforementioned
correction to the original opinion and take all necessary steps to
notify the publishing agencies of the correction.
