ORDER OF CORRECTION

Upon review of the order dismissing motion for reconsideration filed on September 21, 2007, it appears the second sentence in the order identified an order as being filed on September 13, 2007, when it was filed on August 31, 2007. The sentence should read (deletion in brackets and addition is underscored):

The motion for reconsideration was filed on September 13,
2007, but the time for seeking reconsideration of the
[September 13, 2007] August 31, 2007 order expired on
September 10, 2007.

Therefore,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the clerk of the court shall incorporate the foregoing changes in the original order dismissing motion for reconsideration.
