Upon review of the order filed herein on October 19, 2007, it appears that there is an error in the title of the order, therefore,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the title of the order is corrected by deleting the word "Reversing" and replacing it with the word "Vacating," so that the title reads: "Order Affirming in Part and Vacating in Part, the Judgment of the Intermediate Court of Appeals Entered on July 3, 2007." The clerk of the court is directed to incorporate the foregoing change on the original order.
