Upon consideration of the petition for a writ of mandamus filed by
petitioner Sabina Laschinksi, the papers in support and
the responses of the respondent judge and other parties, it appears
that the October 11, 2006 oral decision of the respondent
judge was modified by orders entered on February 14, 2007 that were
approved by petitioner. Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY
ORDERED that the petition for a writ of mandamus is dismissed.
