The opinion of the court in the above-referenced matter, filed January 24, 2008, is corrected as follows (deletions are stricken and new language is double underscored):

At page 4: "If this court agrees In light of the aforementioned disposition, Goodsill's cross-appeal need not be addressed."

At page 72: "In light of the aforementioned recommendation disposition, Goodsill's cross-appeal need not be addressed.

The Clerk of the Court is directed to incorporate the foregoing changes in the original opinion and take all necessary steps to notify the publishing agencies of these corrections.
